We are seeking a talented growth marketing marketer to join our team and help showcase our next-generation financial platform to a global audience of businesses.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you work in a stimulating environment among a highly international team, and will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and responsibility for results.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you are responsible for performance media, attribution, conversions, and automation. You will understand the platforms and technologies behind digital marketing campaigns, including ad serving, marketing analytics, and retargeting. You will design and launch digital campaigns while building a marketing funnel that successfully drives conversions to our platform.
You will work through multiple paid and owned channels, including search, display, social, email, SEO/SEM, web and mobile. You will test, optimise and report on performance in the context of commercial ROI and brand goals.
You will work as a team with your communications and design colleagues on content and media assets for campaigns, and coordinate with our technology team for digital architecture needs.
Skills & Experience
With at least 5 years of relevant experience, you are well organised, detail oriented and comfortable driving your own projects. You should have the ability to think creatively and work efficiently, making the most of resources to create meaningful impact and value.
Experience working in a start-up, fast-growth company or an agency serving similar clients would be an advantage, as would experience in the technology or finance industries - particularly in a B2B environment.
Functional knowledge of common tools for marketing analytics and ad management, in addition to fluency in English, are requirements.
