We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Partnerships Lead to join our marketing team. As an early member of partner marketing at Currenxie, this is a great opportunity to build and shape the program and infrastructure.

The Partnerships Lead owns the strategy and execution of partner-driven channel acquisition, by identifying and building partnerships with affiliates, ecosystem partners, KOLs and community. 

Your role & responsibilities

  • Own and administer the partner marketing program, including defining eligibility criteria, program requirements, infrastructure and approvals.
  • Identify, create and nurture channel acquisition opportunities and key partner relationships for continuous growth.
  • Build and grow our partner lead referral programs, including the tools and measurements required to engage partners in lead generation programs at scale.
  • Continually collect feedback from partners to ensure we are providing the right resources and increase the quality of assets, content, training, and tools available to our partners. 
  • Build infrastructure to support administration, delivery, and measurement of partner marketing programs and their success.

Your skills and experience

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing/business development experience in the B2B technology and /or finance space.
  • Experience building and administering a partner marketing program.
  • Experience defining and developing digital marketing resources for channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work across a global team and manage cross-team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages a plus.
